You sit, stand, or lay down in a small group in a calm setting. A certified instructor guides you through simple, calming exercises: conscious movements, breathing, and focused sensing.
You hold an inmu® sensory cushion in your hands or place it on your body. As you move, the music changes in real time. The cushion responds to your touch and movement with sound and gentle vibration. You wear your regular clothes. Take off your shoes. Limited use of perfumes to avoid sensory distraction. No special equipment or experience is needed. You simply follow the guidance.
A full session lasts 60 minutes. Shorter 10 to 20 minute sessions are also available.
