To become a good mmsFocus instructor, you should:

- Be capable of meeting and responsibly holding the emotional or physical reactions that may arise during sessions
The format
The mmsFocus instructor training is a modular, practice based education designed to develop a deep embodied understanding of the method and strong professional guiding skills.
The training is organised in modules. Between modules, you practice and learn from your own experiences and reflections.
A step by step structure ensures that you learn both the method and its exercises, while gradually developing the capacity to guide a mmsFocus session with clarity and confidence.
The method is built on simplicity and awareness.
Exercises are developed layer by layer, allowing the sensory system, nervous system, and body brain connection to follow and integrate the experiences.
During the instructor training:
- You experience the method yourself through real mmsFocus sessions
- Learn to work methodically with focus and intention
- Develop sensitivity to how the sensory and nervous systems respond
- Practice guiding others step by step
- Gain a structured framework for building sessions and programs
As a trained instructor:
- You get a clear and structured method

- Deep embodied and sensory understanding of the method
